very strong fruit aroma, oak flavor, yummmy, currant, grapy and jammy
Honig, Napa Valley, Cabernet Sauvignon '04
thin body, needs to age a bit more, taste the oak
Les Llos de Paulilles, Banyuls Rimage, '01, Appelation D'Origine Controlle
pair with chocolate/strawberry/blackberry/raspberry
This is very sweet, like a dessert creme brulee
It has some Brandy in it, and tastes like and Port, a dessert wine, smell the brandy, apricot taste, raisin, sugary, not too sweet though, rich, currant, heavy
