With InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in college, I used to attend Toah Nipi Retreat Center in New Hampshire. Part of the attendance motivation was for this pumpkin bread, alone. The ingredients were fresh, absolutely outstanding.
Today I carry on the tradition in my own home. This is a secret recipe, but boy am I happy with it. A spiced, cozy moist pumpkin bread, perfect for the holidays. I don't need any "better" one. This is healthy: opts for olive oil for the moist and relies also on the pumpkin pureed.Inquire for recipe hints. Don't forget the correct proportions of spices!
